HEX is a turn-based strategy board game for two players. The playing field is a grid of hexes. Each player starts with pieces of their own color. The objective is to capture as many hexes as possible by the end of the game. Players can clone their pieces onto adjacent empty hexes or jump to a new hex to capture opponent pieces. When a piece occupies a hex, it converts all surrounding enemy hexes to that player's color. Every turn can change the balance of power, making each decision important. To play HEX, start by placing your pieces on the board. On your turn, choose to either clone a piece or jump with it to a new hex. Cloning creates a copy of your piece on an adjacent empty hex. Jumping moves your piece to a new hex, capturing any opponent pieces there. When you occupy a hex, it converts all adjacent enemy hexes to your color, expanding your territory.
